Joseph Abdallah, CPA
Principal

Joseph Abdallah is a founding partner of PSG Tax Credits Group and a Certified Public Accountant. Joseph has specialized in the field of Multistate Income Taxation for over 20 years, and is considered an expert in California income tax laws and regulations. With his technical background, Joseph frequently advises government officials, CPAs and outside tax advisors on complex corporate tax issues.

Prior to forming PSG Tax Credits Group, Joseph spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their State and Local Tax Controversy practice. Joseph's primary responsibilities included creating refund opportunities for Fortune 500 companies and performing audit representation during California Franchise Tax Board audits.

Before PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Joseph was employed at the California Franchise Tax Board for seven years as a Multistate Field Auditor. Joseph specialized in audits of large multistate and international businesses, becoming an expert in combined report mechanics, apportionment factors, and credits and incentives.

Joseph has a B.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. He is an active member of the California Society of CPAs and a frequent presenter to CPAs on California tax technical issues. He is married to a wonderful wife and is proud father of three great boys.
